Oh, no You really don't need to be dealing with her grief! It's so typical! When my DS was born all my mum could whinge about was "No one cares about my point of view!"...and she was right...nobody did - they only saw that she didn't see or talk to me for 10 days because she was cut out of the limelight and found out about the birth when everyone else did (for reasons of her own creation, but that's shrouded in lies and mystery, too)...
