    DH is clucky

Yes my DH came home from work this morning and said, "I felt a bit clucky this morning". He'd been thinking about DD and how she's growing up and we won't be going through this stage again.

We had decided two would be it and DH couldn't get his vasectomy quick enough . I do hope he's not serious. I'm quite happy with just the two. He did say he's not keen to get a vasectomy reversal so I might be safe.

Pre DD, I was the one saying three might be nice and DH was deadset against it. By the time we'd conceived DD, I'd had enough of TTC (I really don't know how LTTTCer's cope, I'd had it by month 5) and said 2 was it so DH was happy. My mind hasn't wavered at all. Now I can't help thinking "what if he'd waited a bit longer before getting snipped!" Oh well, I'm sure he'll be cluck free tomorrow lol!

My DH has also had the snip. We had a scare and both of us were beside ourselves so we knew we definitley done. We both readily agreed to it and were really excited to get it done. We counted the days and both skipped into the hospital the morning he was having it done, LOL!!!
BUT the day he had it done and a week or so after I cried and cried and cried. It was so final - no more kids for us but if you asked me I still was happy with our 3 and definitley didn't want anymore. Good luck working me out, LOL!!!
    It's weird isn't it?

i hope he is over it tomorrow!!! vasectomy reversal is not fun from what ive heard (but that was a few years ago they may have perfected it since then) this is the reason when we are done i will be getting mirena (sp?) in until the youngest is older and then look at it again.

He hasn't mentioned it again. He's not allowed to change his mind. I've already started selling off the baby stuff

Liviam, I sometimes feel a bit sad too. But I get over it within minutes. I get it out of my system by commenting on all the baby name threads. Not even the newborn baby pics all my FB friends seem to be posting lately are getting to me ATM. I see them, go "awww, cute, waaah I want one". then a minute later "nah I'm still done."
