Noah was told that most babies come out of the mummy's fanny, but some babies come out of thier mummy's belly too. As he was a c section baby I also felt the need to tell him this. He has watched Tehya's birth dvd so many times now that he know's it back to front and if I get my way both him and Tehya will be present for this babies birth too.

Noah thinks that it is totally normal to be born at home and in a pool. Something that I had to re explain to him there. Poor kid thought that cows did it the same way LOL

I do agree though, age appropriatness is the best. I offer enough to satisfy the curiousity and that's it. If more questions arise then I answer them as truthfully as possible too.
