    Do you exercise when you have your period? Does it make it more painful? I generally avoid exercise when I do have it (a good excuse!!) and am wondering whether I should ignore it.

    I used to do a lot of walking and it made things a helluva lot better

    A good work out and the endorphins got rid of the pain - and I would feel a whole lot better too. Stop piking

    I agree...I never stopped because of my period. I always felt it eased the pain
