Recently I have been thinking I eat too much bread, pasta, muesli and other unrefined wheat products in my diet. I am kind of sick of eating them too.
I would like to cut out/down on these but I don't really know what to adequately replace them with. This morning for breakfast I was at a bit of a loss and ended up eating fruit, yoghurt and fresh walnuts but I am not sure if that will keep me going all morning like my muesli normally does.
I have never really eaten potatoes but if they are fresh I can eat them. I know I need some carbs in my diet but I want to eat less of them.
Anything else you can recommend or something I can read for ideas?
