    Oh I hear ya!!

I am very pale and I was in the sun for 10 minutes on Saturday and my chest is red and blistering! I avoid sunbeds like the plague as my only experience is the same as yours - burnt bum cheeks and boobies!!!

I would get some aloe vera sun spray from the supermarket and put it in the fridge to cool. Once it's cold, spray it on the burn and it should sooth it.

I wouldn't use moisturiser as it tends to heat up on the burn and can make it worse. It won't sooth it. You need aloe vera!!!

yep, use aloe vera only, most moisterisers are oil based therefore trapping in the heat. I did it all the time, on purpose, to get a better tan. So you are good compared to me. Now I just stick to pale but I am sure the bad damage is already done.

    CQ you poor thing!!!!

I'm with the others Aloe is the only way to go and make sure you refrigerate it and it will take the sting out.

A friend of mine who is a nurse recommends swabbing sunburn with white vinegar but I don't think I would be game to try that one.....

    Hope you feel better...

    Ouch! you poor thing!!!

Aloe is definitely the way to go - I have a spray on thing here of it.

I also used Moo Goo with this last burn - a week later - my back is a very nice brown colour - shame the rest of me is white.. LOL

Drink lots of water and spend some time in a (tepid) bath! If you start feeling unwell see your dr as you can get quite ill if the sunburn is bad enough!

Body butter is the worst - I learned that the hard way!!

I got a nasty burn on my tummy, just under my boobs and it started to blister so I smothered on my gorgeous Mango body butter so soothe it.

I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE!!!! It literally cooked my skin!

If you can get an aloe vera plant and cut the leaves - use the juice straight from the leaf and it is even better!
