Just updating so if anyone else comes across this thread the answers to my questions are in one post

1. I was able to get a designer pair and a generic pair, no problem.
2. I would have been able to get two different designers if I wanted to.
3. I haven't got them yet, but I was told they'd be no longer than two weeks. They're calling me as soon as the glasses are in
4. I paid it all at once, but I saw a sign saying the minimum deposit was 50%. I was only going to do the 50% but I had a little more than I thought I would and was able to do the whole lot.
