I've had such a bad experience with ss. I wanted to get my contact lenses script refilled and the guy refused to order the brand I have used before and know fit well. Instead he made me try a new brand and my eyes reacted so badly they were bloodshot for days.

I also pay huge amounts as I have to wear multifocals, have the lense thinned and my stigmatism means I need something else too

I think it's just my local one though as the one I used in the city was great.
