shanti. You're having a real rough patch with sleep it seems!

DD went through a stage of a couple of weeks before x-mas where she just wanted to roll around when I was trying to feed her to sleep. I think she was actually just testing the boundaries, which they start to do more and more now.

I actually hold DD while sitting and feed her to sleep that way, then place her in the cot when she's in a deep enough sleep. If she starts back arching and fussing I say firmly "booby time now", and wait until she stops squirming. If she's really mucking up, I sometimes stand up and sway while I am feeding her, so she relaxes a bit.

Is it possible she is just not tired enough? I wait until DD is really grizzly and wants breast for comfort, rather than thinking about the time.
