I was told by my GP last week that they have to be done together - I have immunity to rubella but not measles or mumps and have to double up on the rubella because there's no way to separate them. If there is a way to have them separately I'm very keen to know though as it's putting off our TTC plans for 3 months if I go ahead with the vaccination. Now I'll be following this thread very closely!!!

I was sure I'd heard that they could be done seperately.........I don't know any more than that though.

Nat, are you out there???? I'm sure you can help us

    My doctor can do it

Hi Ladies, just read this, sorry to reply so late! I spoke to my doc about this ages ago. I think she thinks I'm a bit daft, but says she needs about a month's warning as she has to order them in. Plus, Medicare won't pay for them . . . . they are about $100 each. Don't know if that helps.
