Crysk, that's an interresting tip from your diabetes educator about having a dairy snack or milo before bed. Cause it's only been some of my fasting BSL's that have been too high so I might give that a try.(although I already have 2 milo's a day, lol) . I've been testing my BSL's for 12 days now and about half of my fasting levels have been over 5.5. The ones that are over have ranged from 5.6 to 6.2. last night I had dinner at 6.30 then my BSL 2 hours later was 5.7 so that's all cool. I didn't eat anyting else after than then when I take my fasting BSL at 6.30 this morning it's 5.9! So I'm guessing my body just doesn't like producing insulin at night I'm seeing my endocrinologist tomorrow so I'll see what he says.
