feel free to vent in here. Re diet, I guess the quick tips are: by eating low GI - go for things like sweet potato (lower GI than potato), basmati rice instead of normal rice, reduce sugar intake - that kinda stuff. You still need to eat carbs (it's not about cutting them out) plus keep up your protein and snacks. And if you need insulin, then so be it. Sometimes your BSL's just go high due to the placenta (my obs described it as my placenta and my pancreas having a tug of war lol). Sometimes you'll eat a food and get a good BSL but the next day the same food puts you high. Things like tiredness/illness/stress can impact as well. So basically you do the best you can, you're looking after yourself and bubs - and ultimately it's better to know and have it controlled than to have it uncontrolled!
. I just think it's so weird that different endo's seem to do everything so differently! I was even checking the

but kinda resigned to it. Thanks for all your kinds words on my "pregathon"
on the bright side... I've probably only got 8 weeks to go! Plus obs is now wanting to see me fortnightly so I'll be well monitored at least. Plus bubba girl is looking good and wriggly and my fundal height is spot on for size.
it's all good tomorrow.
