My mum and I are splitting a membership - she pays $30 and I pay $30 - but one has their name on it!
I think I'm going to wait a week or 2 before we go though!
Jak thanks heapsDP will no doubt be visiting as he is a supermarket-holic (like his own Dad). Never seen someone who LOVES being in the supermarket like him
Although i'm no sure if it's like a supermarket, it just has to have food in there and he will be a happy man![]()

That's what I'm thinking of doing, that way it doubles as an excuse to catch up!
Good idea on the waiting, too. According to the news website, there were 900 people in the first half an hour! The article also mentions something about "running at about 450 shopping groups coming every half hour." - Not sure what that means, exactly, but maybe they tours for the newbies?
I'm going to wait for the excitement to die down, then probably go on a weekday I hear weekends are a nightmare!
DId anyone go today? Just wondering they bought and what the prices were like.
I was just checking out their website, I was hoping they'd have a catalogue or something!
A friend went today and got 60 rolls of sorbent toilet paper for $25.
she also said they had things like 1000 chupa chups for $189
Did she say what their TV prices were like Feeb?
