I saw our awesome homeopath 2 days ago (can you believe that they run them here through mainstream medical systems?? she is a specialist in gynaecology, reproduction, pregnancy, birth etc so is in the maternity section of the public hossy). Anyway, so now have a little post natal kit and some things to take to help with the BH and exhaustion etc.
