I had one app at her office because it was a busy time and easier for her and one app at the hospital so hubby could have a mini tour just in case we ended up transferring.

Was so much easier for them to come to me from my point of view and I don't think they minded. They both had brand new government cars too so car, petrol and mait of that wasn't their issue either so prob helped
