Are you taking probiotics Bella? I'd build up to a high dose probiotic and eat as much ferments as you can. Work up from about a teaspoon serve once a day to about 1/4 cup serve 3 times a day. Giving baby a few drops of the liquid from fermented vegetables would also help him too.
I've entered that stage of pregnancy where my kids are watching more TV. It sucks but sometimes you have to go with it to get through those phases.
