I think bigger babies are better! Why would you be embarrassed? Don't be! Just goes to show how perfectly baked he was and how wonderful it was you were able to just breath him out. I wanna know his size now

I hated birthing the placenta- I found the back pain "contractions" I got with that were worse than labour... I think it was mostly psychological though as Jennifer said as I couldn't be bothered with it- I had my baby now. Lucky for me it took much less than my hugely long 2nd stage though.
