HI guys
yep we are the same here with chores! My eldest (16) feeds animals chops wood(between him and Dad) emties bins and occasionally cooks. He loves to get in the kitchen, which is great for me, but not so much now that hes working in the food industry
13yr old washes dishes and wipes down benches table and stove ( well suppose to) and helps hang out with the washing, and cleans the bathroom once a week10yr wipes and puts away and tidies the laundry once a week, the younger ones its just tidy your room every day (which of course the older ones are suppose to do as well, and make your bed every day! Now to me this doesn't seem like much and not one of these jobs is usually done to my satisfaction, BUT they will still do them because one day they will get it right
They think they have it so hard and yet they have it way easier than we did as kids.
My eldest was so proud of himself the first time he used a washing machine ( he was 14 at the time) and then we bought a front loader and he says well i don't know how to use that![]()
