Oh yes! Also add to when the carpark is near empty: if you drive a huge car, don't park beside a very small car. You may have good vision, so respect that you are taking away someone elses when you park beside them.
Mmmm... I always try to park my HUGE car next to a small car. The reason being, that if it is a small car, they are much less likely to scratch or dint my car with their car door. And if I park next to another big car I can garauntee you that they will hit my car opening their doors (Ours slide open so it isn't us hitting them).
