Depends on your perspective I guess. Working regular hours Monday to Friday is very important to me and something I've waited a long time to be able to have. Of course not everyone is the same, but I get pretty worked up on behalf of the people who used to work Mon - Fri and now have no choice but to work weekends. I'm thinking of career retail workers who can't just pick up another job easily.
