I think its completely up to you.

I have had 2 DD after IUI's (DD1 was 3rd cycle, DD2 was 1st cycle). But have yet to have any luck on ivf/icsi cycles (3 so far this year + 2 IUI's this year). I found the IUI's to be far less invasive, alot less stressful and less expensive. On the other hand there are a lot of unknown factors with IUI. With IVF if everything goes well you know that at least the embryos have made it to be transferred (like baby dreamtime said).

I think you just have to do what's best for you and hubby and what you feel you can cope with.
