What I was meaning to say was isn't it frustrating how two different published sources can say completely different things about the benefit of herb such as chasteberry? No wonder this AC trip is just such a minefield and thank goodness we have BB to help us navigate through! Anyway, I hope you understand that that was what I meant.
No, Cheryl, wasn't upset at all. I've found the same thing with conflicting sources of information. I'm sure that statistics can be massaged to show anything you want them to! It's so hard to decide what the right thing to do is... eventually it comes to a point where you've just got to make a decision and hope for the best. Good luck with making your decision, and I hope it turns out to be the right one.

I am on the edge of falling apart after an insensitive email from my mother, and the second night in a row of DH being home late. I'm just glad it's school holidays and I can spend the day in bed in my PJs with my nose stuck in a book if that's what I need to do!
