Our DD was conceived naturally but we still had the TWWand my advice is to be in it over Christmas/New Years as you don't really have any time to think about it!

Positive thinking is great, visualising a BFP/being PG certainly helps but I think just going about your normal routine and keeping busy is the key. Having a few fun things to look forward to and distract you really helps I believe (Xmas and New Years were big distractions for me). I'm not a fan of changing your diet or avoiding alcohol and think those in the TWW should continue life as normal (obviously that doesn't apply for drug addicts or alcoholics) unless your doctor says otherwise. I havent been through IVF so maybe some things are off limits but if not, my best advice is try to relax, continue life as normal, enjoy yourself and stay positive
