17 eggs but only 5 embies

Isnt it nice to know we arent all alone in this IVF journey. WEll out of the five embies we had looks like only 1 or 2 will be suitable for freezing. I had transfer today of an early blastocycst. I was feeling so ill leading up to it this week I was so bloated pains and constipated which I fixed yesterday with some metamucil Yeah!!!! So hopefully in 11days I might have some goodnews that will change our lives...

Hey Collo we got 17 too! 12 fertilised and we had two put back on day two.
So we had 10 left that they grew to blastie stage and we ended up with 4.
The 5 you have may all make it you just never know.
IVF is abit of a gamble. Good luck Hun

Hi Ladies

I got the phone call from clinic yesterday to say my 1 egg fertilised - yay - I am having day 3 transfer tomorrow and just have everything crossed.

Collo - we should have our TWW about the same time - my BT is due on 17th March 2008 - best of luck and may be blessed with BFP's
