Jo, a GF of mine had severe endo, as well as her fallopian tubes were also badly scarred by a previous case of undiagnosed chlamydia (sp?). She was 42 on her first IVF attempt and it was successful, and after her first baby was born, she did another round of IVF at 44 and was successful. (She now as 2 beautiful precious babies).
