Not sure if this will help, but I have read that there are multiple possible reasons for men to have no detectable sperm at all and the problem can sometimes be fixed, with treatment depending on the source of the problem, e.g. obstruction problems in tubing might be helped surgically. I really don’t know much more than this, but maybe you could ask your doctor to refer you to someone who is well placed to distinguish between the causes?
