oh minniemouse..... someone checking up on me! lmao! I haven't actually made the plan
BUT.... since we talked about it on here, I to have started using the iphone app - due to AF arrival It's been a bit yuck and I've had my mum over on monday and visted a friend on tuesday - went to the Gym and had PT yesterday as well - I've been keeping busy so I can cope - but I have had two really good food days (even though my mother decided red rooster was the best option for dinner on monday - she encourages my comfort eating I swear!!) - i love her though, it was nice to have her over for the night, and we went for a walk - so managed to keep the Kj below the level on the app -
and i was proud of myself - I was hungry that night before I went to bed - and usually I would have had something to eat, but because I had no Kj left for the day I didnt. I woke up absolutely starving though... I guess thats a good thing - I need to learn how to eat when I am hungry and only eat the right amount when I am.
signing off for now, but will come back tonight and read/respond to everything - and work on the plan thing again!!
