Hi Tiffiny,

Hello, everyone
This is Tiffiny, i just have laparoscopy to remove my endometriosis (moderate) by Dr Molloy in QFG, and i thought my realistic pregnant rate should be normal after the surgery, whlie Dr still recommend me to IUI two months after the surgery, is there anyone who has been conceived naturally after laparoscopy? i am 29 years old and my husband is the same age with me and his sperm count/ motility is good but percentage of abnormal sperm is a little bit higher than normal. we have been trying to conceive for more than one year.
Thanks for your reply

Hi Tiffiny,
I have just got my BFP after TTC on IVF for 2 years. I had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in Sept 2006 and just had a D & C in March this year. I have endo and PCOS. They say that it really increases your chances to fall pregnant after the operations because all the endo irritation is gone for a while. Hang in there and I really hope its not to long before you get your BFP.![]()
Hiya Tiffiny,
I had my lap to remove severe Endo and was told I had a two year window to fall pregnant, I was pregnant 11 months later so it can happen, keep your chin up and remain postive. I have three friends who have done the same so it's not so unusual. Take care
