Guys, thanks sooooooo much for your replies. You can't believe how you have put my mind at ease. My DH will be home that week as it's school holidays. Not the way we had planned to spend them but what the hay! I was mainly cagey about the general (how do you spell the other word!!?). Have had two genrals in the past, the last one was when I was 16wks pregnant with my first child. Have never had any problems with them, I just find the idea a bit scary. Gosh, after birthing 6 times you wouldn't think I would be such a whoos.
Feeling quite positive about it now and I hope that it will help to bring the success of delivering and holding a much wanted child.
