Megan, sounds like this cycle could be a total mystery (apart from DH's sperm quality due to illness). Look at Kotare, funny eggs one month, pregnancy the next. But as BW said, ICSI would overcome the binding issues if they think it is likely to happen again. I don't know about your clinic, but ours do this "emergency ICSI" thing that you have to give approval for where they try and get a result if things aren't happening via straight IVF.
BW, I've been reading your personal thread and I would imagine that a break from all of this would be the order of the day. There's no point running yourself into the ground when you can have a break and come back afresh. I realise this is difficult when we all become single-minded in this business.
Holly, the thing I love about you is that you bounce back twice as strong after a setback. It's just great to see and I don't know how you do it.
Ali, would be very keen to hear how you went when you feel ready.
