    Co-enzyme Q10

I recently searched on internet, it says Co-Enzyme Q10 can improve egg quality and it recommends for 400mg, two times a day. As I bought one bottle in the chemist and it only recommends for 100mg daily. If I take 400mg twice a day, it means 800mg daily. Anyone knows it will cause any side effects for this high dosage?

My fs recommends 600mg a day. That's what I take. All good so far.

Thanks for your reply. Could I ask how long you need to take this Co-Q10?

I've been taking it for over a year. Originally I started at 150gm. Then built up to 300gm. I've been taking 600mg for about two months.

I am taking 600mg for 7 weeks now. Just in case I need another stim next month.

Myturn - Your in my thoughts sweetie. I found today the hardest. Both emotionally and physically. I didn't want them to take it. Silly I know.

To all the girls stimming, it sounds like great things are happening for you all. Its all very exciting.

Andie - FX for great fert rates. How did you go last time?

And a big congratulations to Emma. YAY!!! FX for a very, very sticky bub.

    Hi to everyone else.

AFM - Nothing much going on. BT on Monday to check for ovulation levels. Will be CD12 then, so fx something will be happening.
