Given you're going to commence the IVF process, I'm sure your FS can give you some reassurance that you still will respond to the meds with your ovary, they may need to adjust the dose and monitor you closely to get the right amount of follicles. The type of uterus you described is one of a list of three that was on my scan sheet, so it's probably just another variation of normal, or maybe like being left-handed, normal but not as common?
