Welcome aboard. Try not to be too nervous, from my experience and the experiences of everyone else on here it seems that poor fertility specialists (FS) are hard to come by - they all seem great. Therefore, they will make your journey a hell of a lot easier.
I guess one question you will need to ask is whether your bloke has ok sperm. Has he had a semen analysis (SA) done yet? If he is fine and the only problem you are having is your tubes it would seem that on the face of it you would be a fairly straight forward IVF case and have a high chance of success. Have they done tests on your yet to determine if you are ovulating etc? These are all things which need to be known.
My wife and I are starting IVF very soon and now that we're over the shock of having to do it, we're both pretty comfortable with it and looking forward to the opportunity of having a baby!
Anyway, the girls on here know pretty much everything about assisted conception so if there is anything you are unsure about they, (and me) will be able to help I'm sure.
