A Trying Time
I'm having huge dramas with my work at the moment and as a result will probably just resign...I have spoken to Equal Oportunities and there advice to me was in the future not to tell my boss anything...basically it's none of their business...when you need time off work give them a Dr's certificate and keep it really simple...otherwise 'the line in the sand' becomes unclear and in my situation the boss has been totally inappropriate but because I shared information thinking it was 'the right thing to do' they can claim that I wanted to be treated differently...if that make any sense....anyway...I've been burnt really bad so I'm talking from the extreme negative...just be careful I guess and do what feels right for you!
