To answer your question I have a good sperm count (260+ million) but 96% have head defects, and a few other defects here and there but much lesser in terms of percentage. The TZI score (avg defect per sperm) is 1-ish, which apparently is a good thing. Motility is around 44%.

I'd rather a low count with good quality!
