puregon me super tired too. I wasn't so much go to bed and sleep but I wasn't really into doing much other than slob on the couch when I had a moment. It's weird for me as I never really know its a symptom till its over and I am no longer feeling that way....then the penny seems to drop.

I never noticed a difference with puregon re tiredness, but then again I've only needed low doses.

AFM- CD18 today and no sign of ovulation..... I 'usually' O on around CD14- so this is a bit confusing.
I had O pains on CD13- so it's even more confusing.
    Any ideas?
Totally over the blood tests every 2 days

Emma, has your Dr done an u/s to check what's going on in there? I only got my +opk at CD18 this cycle (normally O CD15 or 16 lately), but I'm assuming O was delayed because of the meds last cycle. Is there anything that could explain a delayed O for you? Illness, stress, etc? Are you on any meds? Have you asked your Dr about it?

    Thanks for replying Juniper
Had US's last Friday and Monday.
Both indicated a follicle that was getting bigger.
Depending on what Sunday's BT results tell us- ill be having an US on Tuesday.
I haven't done a cycle since last September.
But I have had a saline US and a uterine biopsy recently.
Have also quit smoking and lost 4 kilos.

Great work on quitting smoking! I'm loathe to suggest that could be a reason, but I wonder if it could (temporarily) mess with your body chemistry since you've taken some (bad) chemicals away? Great work on the weight loss too!
If the u/s showed a follicle growing, then that's good. At least you know it's just delayed rather than nothing happening. FX it happens soon. It's always so frustrating to wait longer than expected.

Morning to all you lovely ladies! Happy Easter.
Afm, I'm still stalking everyone, waiting on af to arrive! but quiet myself, still plodding along trying to lose more weight! 13 kg down at this stage.

OMG if I hear 1 more person tell me that "it will prob just happen once you've lost weight"
Crap Crap Crap! It won't I know that, doc knows that and fs knows that.
I'm starting to regret even telling anyone that were trying and have been for two years, let alone now having to do IVF.
Everyone just seems to know what to say! NOT

Any ways enough about me. I hope your all well and thing are going smoothly in whatever stage your all at.

A Christmas Eve baby would be wonderful kbudgie! :-)

    Best wishes to all!
    :-)

Nic I know how you feel, everyone's an expert...the only people I know who don't have all the answers are the ones that have had trouble, complications or miscarried and they would understand more than everyone else put together....I don't need to lose weight but I've been told if I relax, cut my work hours (I work 3 days so not even full time) or change to a less stressful job (which would probably come with less $$ and a different stress!) it will happen..or the best 'just stop caring or thinking about it, that happened to my aunties best friends sisters dog...' Actually I was lectured the other night by well meaning friends (one who freaked after 1 month ttc but fell the next month...twice!) that everything happens for a reason and u don't know now why but u will be so grateful....blah blah blah, we were out at dinner so I just took a big swig of wine and nodded politely.

Beau I'm so sorry to hear that you've had two announcements so close...I had one last week and its so nice for them but also a kick in the guys when you know you've been trying like 18months longer! Why can't it be like the woolies deli counter where you take a number and patiently wait your turn?...he he he.

AFM I have been letting a bit loose this month, I figure 3 x 5dt and all bfn mean by chances of a freak natural bfp would be slim to none so I've been enjoying myself and having a few drinks etc, its been great though I've been having ewcm this weekend so we've made the most of that in case there's a Christmas bub waiting around I get my crazy blood test results at the end of the month so will be waiting for that before I let myself think of anything else.

Juniper - I'm not doing an ok this month so not sure when I'll be O, happy to stay in the top bit or if u want to move me down maybe just say I'm O today or tomorrow? Thanks xx

Gosh sorry for the long post....

Good on you! I'm doing the same! I'm sitting here right now with a plate of cheese, dips, pate, olives, bread and crackers and a bottle of wine to wash it down... (Guess who doesn't need dinner tonight? ) Only thing I'm "allowed" out of all of those is the olives...

Just let me know which day you're assuming is O; it's not really something I can guess for you. Or if you reach a point where you think you're in the 2ww but don't know how many dpo and want to move down to that section, just let me know and I can put question marks for the dpo. You're also welcome to stay in the top section if you prefer (many do when they're having a "relaxed" cycle). You don't need to track O for my benefit and I'm happy to go with whatever you want.

Nic, I forgot to say congrats on the weight loss! That's a great effort! I'd love if it did result in a spontaneous BFP for you, but it certainly doesn't happen for everyone and most people never consider there may be other factors at play when they start handing out their "advice". You quickly learn who will be supportive and who will just make you feel like beating your head against a brick wall... Lol, and then they get their noses out of joint because you've stopped including them (eg my mum, who has thrown all the clichés at us - relax, go on a holiday, etc - and even said IVF was too clinical and we should keep TTC naturally because it should be about love)...

    Hi ladies!

Has anyone ever used progynova to 'mimic' ovulation or bring on ovulation?
My FS has given me a script to use- depending on today's blood test results and I'm not 100% sure on why it does.

    Thanks!

Hi Emma, I used it on a low dose FET. Personally I didnt react well to it. I know that its used with women who are menopausal. But I was taking 3 times the dose. I suffered terribly with headaches from it.

That's no good.... Hoping to avoid it then, if I can.
    It's 2mg tablets- 1 bd with food.
    What ever the bd means!

    Hi Emma

I have used progynova my last 2 fet cycles. I only had to use it when my lining was thin after my scans from when I took the trigger shot till either when af arrived or I misscarried. I was on 2mg 3 times a day. Didn't have any side effects from it. Just forgot to take it a few times.

    Hi girls
I have some catching up to do so I'll pop back later for personals.
Hope you all had a lovely Easter.

    AFM
Bloods are still not baseline however not rising so my little bleed was definitely not Implantation spotting.
Ultrasound this morning showed my Corpus Luteum still sitting in my ovary that's why my hormones are confused. Get official results today, hopefully no cysts ... Not sure what FS will do, maybe a lap or ralovera to bring on a full bleed.

Humph. Life is poo at times.
