Juniper ill be thinking of you tomorrow!!! The clinic that I use thaws the day before also, but if the embryo does not continue to divide overnight they will thaw another that morning, but I dont like that because we never know if that one is going to continue to grow either. It happened twice to us, but I guess we were just lucky enough to have another to thaw in the first place.
We travel 5 hrs to get to our clinic, so I'd hate to get a dreaded phonecall if we were already on the road.
I knew our girls were close but I forgot it was just by one day! X
MMMM Cake ;D Good luck tomorrow x

Krikkit im glad you both feel better for having a change of FS, it's really not worth starting another cycle with your old one if you are already in a negative head space, so onwards and upwards, i hope your first appt goes well.
I feel better that I am not the only one trying for my second, at times my friends make me feel guilty because I have one healthy baby, but they just dont know what this whole process and need feels like. So it is special to me that there is a great bunch of girls here that I have something in common with to chat too and not feel like im some greedy monster.
TBH I was actually one of those girls a couple of years ago, thinking 'PFT' when someone was trying for their second or third baby, but now I know exactly how they felt.

Me4ever IKWYM...... Big huggs honey. I feel like every time a close friend or relative falls pregnant, esp when not trying just pushes me deeper into this negative jelous hole, and it's awfull. As much as you want to be happy for them...deep down you want to throw yourself on the floor and chuck a 'why not me' tantrum....
(i save those ones for home and DH LOL)

    Happy 5th Wedding anniversary Miloro!!!!
Just what you wanted for your aniversary, Blood tests and dildo-cam YAY!!!!! jokes ;p enjoy a nice lunch out with DH, and I hope your boobage has eased up on you xx

W+D sorry you are feeling so down, we all know too well how those days feel, so cyber huggs to you x I hope the TWW goes extra fast and you and you get your BFP at the end X

Hey there Vic, I thaught it would be easier chatting to you here rather than stalking you all the time LOL XXXXX
You are a better woman than I not POASing, but just enjoy feeling PUPO you are past half way you are doing mighty fine!!!!

Andie, thanks for the welcome, Thank you everyone for the welcome, it's great to have a place to be able to share some feelings around with like minded people that are going through a similar experiences.

miloro, I hope the b/w and u/s went well this morning and that you have a good lunch. Congrats on your anniversary!

So, we went ahead with the transfer today. The embie thawed perfectly, didn't lose any cells. The flip side to that is that it was only a 4-cell when frozen (on day 3), so it's behind in the growth, and it didn't divide overnight. But the embryologist was still happy with it, so we're remaining cautiously hopeful.

Thanks ladies. I'm a liitle stressed. Scan went well this morning. They measured 10 follies at 15mm -21mm. Then five minutes ago I got the blood results. Apparently estrogen has spiked to over 21,000 and they are 99% likely to cancel the cycle in case of overstimulation. I have no symptoms of ohss so am absolutely devo. Please pray that my levels half b tomorrow morning.

    Stupid polycystic ovaries!

But yay for perfect thaw! GL.

Very sad to have moved my my cycle to November now This time it's for financial reasons, on the up side I will have a bit more time with the CoQ10. Good luck to you all, I will be popping in every now and then to check up on you. I really hope you will al get your BFPs very soon. Today is my first born son's 4th birthday, so will have some cake and let some balloons go. The journey to parenthood is so hard sometimes. Big hugs to all xxxx

miss b - sounds like a lovely way to celebrate your first born's bday today. my epu isnt until november, just sitting on the pill atm - so you will have a friend when you are ready to cycle. xx

    hi to everyone else

afm - not much to report, just on the pill atm so feels like im not getting anywhere... cant even entertain the idea of a natural miracle.

sorry, vic. I know you probably don't want to hear it, but try to continue with your pessaries until BT if you can. stranger things have happened. with my recent transfer, I poas 3 days before my BT & it was neg, I stopped my prog & clexane thinking it was over. poas day before BT, got a pos. i was shocked, had no symptoms during tww at all. ended up being a chemical, but now I wonder if that was bc I stopped both meds. I know it was probably always going to be a chemical, but who knows. xx

Actually I agree with andie - it's hard, but there's a reason they do the BT that far away from the transfer. It's hard to keep going when you feel pretty sure it's over though.

Hmmm...ok I will continue with them. UGH!! I have missed last night and today, but I ovulated on my own, so figure I would have enough prog in me anyway.

Vic keep taking them I got a faint bfp on the Friday (squint and stand on your head type) and by Monday my hcg was only 33. The dr said it wasnt promising. As you know mine worked out even when I didn't think it would. I think that you have to keep giving your body support as you never know.
I am crossing lots of body parts for you xx

vic - I agree with the girls keep taking them

Miloro - hope you don't get ohss, its awful. I woudn't wish it on anyone.

miss.b - don't worry I think we all go through it.. financial stress of all this treatment sucks. We are going to try our best to get one more cycle in this year and see how it goes. Financially it will be better than next year because of the medicare safety net.

    hi to everyone else

AFM - AFM arrived yesterday and knocked me for 6. I ended up sleeping most of the day away and feeling generally pretty crap. I dunno if anyone else experiences this but after all the treatment AF comes and its horrible and heavy. Finally got hold of the new FS and I can't get an initial appointment till the 29th of Nov

We have decided to go back to our current clinic in the interim to get another cycle done, disappointing - but we will miss out on a whole month if I dont

Yes Vic - I agree with all the above! I got my BFP a day before blood test (and that was after recommended 10 mins...) It's still early days.

Krikkit - hugs for you honey, hope you feel better soon. Stupid AF...

Miloro - try to drink heaps of water and also eat/drink extra protein!

Miss B - sorry about the month delay, hope it will fly past for you...

Juniper - Yay for cake success! Just wondering if you could put me back to 11 days, as officially Perth time AF came after noon... Thank you!
