Nat, I wasn't aware of the difference between a Day 5 and Day 6 blast regarding implantation rates. Although I did wonder if transferring a hatching blast was leaving things slightly too late - but this is only conjecture and not based on facts.
Our clinic quoted 40%-50% chance of pregnancy per transfer for people in our age group (DW and I), and with a good quality embryo. But there are bound to be differences in the figure quoted depending on your age, the embryo and the clinic.

As for ICSI, it doesn't give you a greater chance of implantation over IVF, but it does give you far greater prospects of fertilisation than IVF, where the sperm are defective to the point that they can't, or probably can't, penetrate the egg without assistance. ICSI is commonly used for samples provided whereby most or all of the sperm are abnormally shaped (morphology) or have poor to nil movement (motility). They say that embryos created using ICSI are just as likely to lead to a live birth as those created with IVF. There has been some suggestion that ICSI can lead to a higher birth defect rate owing to the quality of the sperm, but from my reading of various articles and research, this has yet to be proven and in any event, the risk is marginal.
