hey smithy ... the thing at the back of your throat is normal ... its the chemicals going down the back of your throat. sometimes I think i havent sprayed properly or whatever, but when i feel those chemicals trickling down the back of throat then that validates for me that its working. hope you are feeling ok and arent having any unpleasant feelings! thanks for your well wishes hun
