Hi Nix76 - Amazing how things can turn...i may be celebrating too early, but it feels good! The only things I did differently this time was i ate more protein, allowed some diet drinks in my diet and (naughty naughty me, but i snuck in a couple of ciggie drags - don't judge me please, on a girls nite out and didn't want some people to know we were TTC) other than that ate my rare steaks, philadelphia cream cheese, smoked salmon, and oysters, which my FS said as long as you don't feel sick eat what you eat normally, so i did! I thnk the harder you try and change everything that you do normally must shock your system....First time round i was sooo watching what i ate and did this time i was a bit more relaxed...hopefully it worked!
