m just read ur problem woody may u've the 3rd child now bcoz it's from long time but i want to add my note about that ....i think the clomid it's good in this case .it's effect on the motility of sperm while there're good count of nonmotile ones
sometimes in these cases if there's no improvement in the motility u can resort to procedure named TESA it's testicular extraction sperm aspiration that's extract sperms from testes then use them in ivf lab to inject the eggs ....may be it's better to consider this way last solution for the prob.
