Woow so chances are I'll be starting sooner then I was expecting. That can only be good hehe so how do they make you get AF on a particular day? Do I need provera? The clinic I am going to only operates on certain days. Still waiting for the call from the clinic. If they dont ring this week I'll call them.
Thanks Mildez - I hope it's our month! You don't need to get your AF on any particular day - just when it comes next (unless you need some help with it coming then I guess they put you on Clomid or something like that? Not sure as I haven't had to do that) then you take your first pill on the first day of your bleed and keep going for three weeks then they do a bt to check all your levels so you can start injections (this is from memory...you'd think I'd know after four stims but there you go - must be like birth, your mind just blocks it out so you'll do it again if you need to!).
MatthewsMum - I'm hoping the HRT FET will be your lucky cycle. Would love to go through to the BB forums with you!

Ok dumb question so I won't get AF then after my next one comes until after the stim cycle? So do you start the pill for 3weeks if the hormones are suppressed you start injecting/sniffing etc then have egg collection if everything goes text book? I thought you go on the pill, get AF then start injecting/sniffing etc. So got to go check out my IVF book.

Glad everyone seems to be waiting to start either the pill or HRT feels like an ivf thread atm so I guess I have no input ! as I can't go down that road, anyone doing the natural just counting the days until Ovulation and old fashioned Bdancing ?

AFM well AF left the building which is a blessing in one way but very worrying in another as she was only here 2 days this time so I wonder if this is the start of the slippery slope towards the big Menapause and my body has simply given up producing eggs !
Sorry for the downer but feel really fed up want to just get on with my life but feel I can't just give up on trying for my BFP !!!! what to do give me strength to get throug the next mnth !
Mildez - When I got to CD35 FS put me on BC. Purely because Af was no where to be seen. I had to take it for 16 days. Not the surgar pills though. On the 8th day of BC I started sniffing. The on the 16th day of BC I stopped and waited for AF. Mine took 7 days to come. All the while sniffing. So once AF came i had to see FS on CD6 and he did a scan and started me injecting purgeon and I'm still sniffing but I only do that once a day rather than twice a day..

craftymummy-i'm giving the old-fashioned why another go due to fet being cancelled(not that i'm thinking it will do any good unless we get some super sperm that can break through my tubal blockage,i find though i can't just miss a month),i've been doing a detox diet,maybe that will work wonders...mildez-hope you found your book,i had to go re-read parts of mine lots of times,sorry i probably confused you more...afm-have an oppurtunity to write matthew's story to sumit for possible publication in a book about loss,not sure if i should or not(don't know if i would be able to honour his memory well enough)
Sorry Mildez you're right - you wait for your next AF, go on the pill on day one, get a BCP AF then start the injections etc - MatthewsMum is right though every clinic does it differently so you'll confirm it all when you speak to them.
Crafty - hang in there - this TTC business is a waiting game at our age and patience will win out in the long run it's just hard to keep your chin up each month I know. I don't think you'll be the last one in here 'cause sadly we're not the only ones going through this awful thing and others will come. Try to give yourself some treats - either something yummy to eat or an hour to yourself in the bath or a curled up with a book. I know that's easy to say when you don't have kids but hoping you can find a window there for you to do something nice for yourself. x
MatthewsMum - I'm sure you could do Matthew's memory justice - you're his Mum after all and who could love him more than you? Maybe writing it down will help with your loss - I've heard that can help though I've never tried it. You've given a lot of yourself here in posting and it has helped and inspired others so imagine how much you could give through sharing your story in a book that can reach others? It's a beautiful opportunity if you feel up to it but in the end you know whether you can or not x
Ferrals - that's great you're off the progesterone support - with your healthy high levels I'm sure this bub is snuggling in good and tight.
Hi guys! haven't had much time lately to log on but have been reading, once my tax return goes through I will get my computer fixed and not have to use DH's which will be better.
Mildez just thought I would let you know they way they do it at my clinic, as it only operates on certain times as well and everyone has their EPU in the same week each month. I was like you when I started the pill and had no idea when I was starting sniffing, how long to take the pill etc but when I had my appt with the nurse it all became clear. I just have to keep taking the pill ( hormone tabs only) until its time to get in sync with everyone else and start the rest of the stuff, so I will basically skip my next AF by taking the next pills straight away. I don't start the nose spray for another 3 wks so will have been on the BCP for nearly 2 months, it has been ok though, my mood is so stable and I am really happy at the moment.
Hi everyone else, I haven't got time ot write anymore but hopefully will do more persies tomorrow when I am lounging around after night shift. I have to tell you all about this hideous prank call we got yesterday. p.s. alice I like your chicken ticker xx
