You don't need to get your AF on any particular day - just when it comes next (unless you need some help with it coming then I guess they put you on Clomid or something like that? Not sure as I haven't had to do that) then you take your first pill on the first day of your bleed and keep going for three weeks then they do a bt to check all your levels so you can start injections (this is from memory...you'd think I'd know after four stims but there you go - must be like birth, your mind just blocks it out so you'll do it again if you need to!).
