Hey MellyBelly - I think we're in sync - I'm on day 3 of the injections too for my 1st IVF cycle - although I notice that you've done chlomid cycles previously - pls excuse my ignorance, but is that when they think everything else is fine, they just don't see you ovulating?

So I started injections (gonal-f) Monday, and they don't want to see me until next Monday (22nd) - I'm wondering why I'm not having to go in this week to see how the dosage (150) is working for me? I don't want them to be complacent and then for me and DH to be in the same position a few months down the track because it turned out that the dosage was too low or too high.

And I KNOW I should be drinking 3ltrs+ per day but man I am struggling to make it past 2.5ltrs.... and I am peeing like a racehorse

I'm tossing up on whether to go for accupuncture next week, as I'm assuming EPU will be towards the end of next week? Guess I'll find out when it is when they see me on Monday.

Is it corny that I went and bought 'What to Expect when You're Expecting'? I'm really trying to think positively that it'll happen 1st time, but I know that it rarely does.

MellyBelly - what things have they advised you to do other than water & protein?
