Springlola - I too would be writing a letter of complaint - send it to head office. Not sure who you are going through but they all have a 'boss' somewhere. They can have their opinion, sure, they can advise you, of course, but to have such a sensitive consultation in a waiting room is just.....I don't even know the word. It's unbelievable. You must be crushed. Come on ovaries, prove that bastard wrong!

Oneday - excellent news! Hope tomorrow brings great fertilisation numbers too.

Nic - my mild OHSS was exactly the way you described yours. I had never read the symptoms, but now I know the nurse must have been right. Took about 2 days as well. Good luck with jabbing.

Loops - hi!

AFM - had transfer today and all went well. Very bizarrely though they transferred a very good quality (they always say that, don't they) hatching blastocyst which was one of the ones they said hadn't fertilised. So, I thought I had 3 embies, but it turns out I have 7. They explained that the others would have fertilised before they check them for signs of fertilisation, so, the 2 dots they see inside the egg to show it has fertilised had already disappeared when they checked it the day after EPU. Does that make sense? Anyway, this one was the best of the lot, so I'm obviously hoping and praying that it works but trying to not cling too tightly to the dream.
