Nope not us, exactly as the poll says, I didn't want to risk it.
Yes I did, and I got a BFP
Yes, I did and I got a BFN
Yes I did because I don't think it makes a difference to my chances
No I didn't because I didn't want to risk it
No I didn't and got a BFN
No I didn't and got a BFP
Nope not us, exactly as the poll says, I didn't want to risk it.
Yep me too Sarah. We got warned off from DTD during our stim stage of the cycle, and were WAAAAAY to scared to DTD during the TWW in case we messed up the cycle.![]()
we did & we got a BFP. i have to admit that neither of us really thought about whether it would affect our chances or not!
Just a thought - I think you need another option:
No we didn't and we got a BFN
Just because you have the yes we did and we got a BFN?
Good idea. I actually added TWO extra choices.
I'm not sure I can actually pick one of the poll options...
First time - yes we did, and we got a BFP, but miscarried...
Second time - no, too scared, another miscarriage...
Third time - no, way too scared, another miscarriage...
Fourth time - nope, too damned messy with the pessaries (first fresh transfer and first time I'd had luteal phase support) and got a BFP that finally turned into a real live baby.
Our clinic didn't warn us off sex at any stage - in fact during that last cycle DH was supposed to have daily ejaculations while I was on puregon, so there was a hell of a lot more sex then than at any other time during IVF... until my ovaries got too damned sore and swollen!
So... really not sure where I fit into the poll options...

I voted no cause we didn't want to risk it. Two times out of three transfers we got BFP and miscarried one. We now have a sticky one I think!
