Yep, I cut out all caffeine from 2 days before transfer. Wasn't too hard, I like my decaf nespresso but haven't really felt like drinking it anyway. Having decaf tea and Milo for my other hot drinks. Oh and cuppa-soups! Yum and filling! I avoid soft-drinks as it is, so that doesn't bother me either.
Also, I never used to eat breakfast. This cycle I made sure every morning I had a good hearty brekky - eggs, toast, baked beans. Now I don't think I can go without it![]()
