Hi ReeRee, super excited for you babe. Afm, im struggling a bit today. Starting to worry it will be a BFN for me. No signs or symptoms. Only sore boobs but that is explained by the progesterone pessaries. I know its not over til its over. Just struggling tonight.

Awww Jane, I really hope this cycle works for you hun . It's really disheartening when there are no symptoms, but this happened in my very first cycle and I still got a BFP. I have everything crossed for you hun and I'm praying very hard for the outcome you want. And I want to send you the biggest, squishiest hug there is. Hang in there darling xoxoxoxoxox

Jane I never got sore boobs from the pessaries, and I started 3 x 400mg a day from 6 days before transfer (so I would know if the sore boobs I then got during TWW was from the pessaries, itms). Stay positive xx

It is so tough Jane trying to be optimistic, yet realistic at the same time. We invest everything into a 'maybe' and the future relies on one little result...

I miss diet coke... Just saying! But totally worth it seeing as it's linked to many bfps at the moment......

Yep, I cut out all caffeine from 2 days before transfer. Wasn't too hard, I like my decaf nespresso but haven't really felt like drinking it anyway. Having decaf tea and Milo for my other hot drinks. Oh and cuppa-soups! Yum and filling! I avoid soft-drinks as it is, so that doesn't bother me either.
Also, I never used to eat breakfast. This cycle I made sure every morning I had a good hearty brekky - eggs, toast, baked beans. Now I don't think I can go without it

Enjoy the nice brekkies while you can. I too have cut out all soft drinks (not that I was a massive drinker, maybe a glass every other day). I have taken to having a glass of milk each day too. Mostly water, a hot chocolate, a glass of milk and some diet cordial (very rarely) if I am really bored of everything else. Lucky its winter as I like diet coke too. I usually drink the caffeine free one anyway, but am trying to stay clear of fake sugar. And cuppa soups are good. You will find that good as an inbetween meal around 3.30pm. You should have your bt early!! Maybe Friday or Saturday.
