I've only just registered today...so forgive me if I stuff this up...I had a similar experience with my IVF. Got 13 eggs at EPU and then only 3 fertilized. I was so excited that we'd got that far it never crossed my mind that they wouldn't all fertilize..so I totally get the 'shock' ...I was already choosing names!!! We ended up with two 8 cell embies which were transfered day 2. We then had the BFP (I've worked out what that means!!!) only to have HCG levels start to drop two blood tests later. The good news from the cycle was that they found out more about my eggs..apparently zona is made of concrete and won't let the poor little guys in...hence our move to ICSI and blastocyst transfer. It's taken us a while to get back to it but we're here now...have 10 big follicles waiting to go...EPU planned for Friday all going well.

Just an update on my transfer this afternoon, a day 5 blastocyst is snuggled in there, so I hope its super sticky. Its funny to see the two bubbles on the u/s when they show you....amazing though...
No blood after the transfer, but they did give me an information sheet after the procedure, which mentioned cramp and small amount of vaginal bleeding are normal, so I guess you don't have to worry too much. It should ease off tomorrow...ATM I feel a slight pressure on my tummy but that is all...
