Yes, I too would like to know why we haven't had success either. But with no conception and no explanation of infertility we have taken the path of ivf. Not saying this is what you should do, but rather it is what we have done.

And I seem to be one of those woman who have polycyctic tendencies but doesn't have polycystic ovaries as I ovulate and have regular cycles and am within my healthy weight range etc, etc. Our FS (in regards to us) said that it is like trying to make an athlete run faster!

In order for them to have a really good look at you, you would probably need a lap done. And they will need to check out DH too. Just depends on how far you are willing to go.
